My Kitchen Wisdom is all about understanding.

The food we put into our mouths is only one part of what our body & mind absorbs each day. By exploring this with clients, I hope to help bring their lives into balance and from there leap into living the best lives they can, with energy, vitality, wisdom & love. My approach is simple - align your life towards wellness - and through individually tailored programs I hope to help all my clients achieve this.

Nutrition does form an important part of this, but it is only one part of the picture. We are fed not only by food but many other factors in our lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual practice are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.

Often we are so busy it is hard to make the right choices, or have time to become well informed about what is out there. Or if you do have time for research it is usually overwhelming & confusing, with many asking, well, what works right for me?!

This is where I come in, to help you translate all that confusing information and match the right understandings to your life and your body. I am a strong believer in the connection between mind, body & soul, which forms the foundation of my approach. So when working with clients I blend my experience as a life coach with my understandings around nutrition to create sustainable change that will support not only physically, but mentally & emotionally as well.
